The last few weeks have been amazing. Exiled was released as an eBook, and has been getting some attention. Check out the reviews here. New baby was born, so the last week has been crazy. And I reached over 500 followers on Twitter. So it’s time for a contest!
What is the contest you ask? It’s a “Random Made-up Word Of The Day contest!”
Here’s how it works: If you follow me on Twitter, you know exactly what’s going on, but for those of you that don’t, SHAME ON YOU! Remedy this immediately by going here, and clicking the big “This guy is so awesome” button, more uniformly known as the “Follow” button.
Step 1: Make up a word. Be original! The word must be a figment of your imagination, so get creative and invent something.
Step 2: Define it: You MUST include the pronouciation, just like in a dictionary. Slap a meaning on that word and make it count!
Step 3: Put your Random Made-up Word Of The Day in the comments section of this post!
Extra points for those that make me laugh.
Extra points if you follow me on Twitter.
Extra points if you follow my blog.
The contest will run until Saturday at Midnight. I’ll review the entries on Sunday, and announce a winner on Monday!
First Place: A free e-copy of Exiled. Whatever format you prefer! If you already have a copy, and you just want to have some fun and play, feel free! If you do happen to win and you already own a copy, no problem! We can gift it to someone else!
Second Place: A half-chewed piece of Bubbalicious Bubblegum! You an choose the flavor and I’ll chew it just for you!
Disclaimer: You are fully responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
Third Place: An interview and you’re face on my blog! You take a picture, I’ll post it here along with you’re interview, and you get free publicity.
Please note: If you are the winner of the third place prize, the picture must meet certain requirements. First, you must be wearing all spandex. Second: Kiss-like make-up is a must! Third: The picture must be of you eating Fruity Pebbles cereal.
Okay, you might not be interested in anything but the first place prize, but I am. I especially want to see the picture from the third place prize winner!
You’ve all seen the cover for Exiled, and if you haven’t, where have you been? Now that I have the full paperback cover designed and ready, I’ve had a few requests to post it. I know there is a lot of people waiting for the paperback. Just so you know, it is coming. I’m waiting on the proof to come in the mail and if it all looks good, I’ll approve it, and we can get going with physical copies.
So without further ado, I present to you, Exiled’s Paperback Cover Reveal:
