An Apple for Zoe

satisfied my pallet, but I’m hungry and I want more!

An Apple for Zoe from author Thomas Amo kept me on the edge of my seat. I read the first few chapters on Tuesday, and I devoured the rest last night. I was not going to sleep until it was done!

Thomas Amo did a brilliant job with this story. There were a few places throughout the book where a sentence seemed to missing a word, but with how well the writing flows, the quick paced story and the lovable characters, you hardly notice.

There aren’t a lot of genre’s I read, but mystery is one of them and after reading the dozen 5-star reviews on Amazon I was intrigued to see just how “far out” the paranormal in this book would take me.  Let me tell you, it’s out there alright and it’s wrapped in a pulse pounding bow.

I eagerly flipped page after page, trying to read faster than my mind would allow. I had to see what would happen next. Thomas Amo has created some wicked characters, the main being Thomas James – not your typical “bruiting cop,” and you can’t help but relate to him. The other characters that come into play throughout the book are equally lovable, even the ones you love to hate.

This story was more than I wanted it to be. Without spoiling anything, I’ll say I was nervous to see what was lurked behind the shadowed curtain, time and time again.

My only complaint also duels as a compliment to the writer. You left me hanging Mr. Thomas Amo, and I want more. Now please!

The book is available in both e-book and paperback. Check it out here and get the Kindle version of An Apple for Zoe on sale for only $0.99. You can’t lose!
